A 25mm outside diameter alloy bend for small-bore fabrication. One size up from the 22mm, it covers heater circuits, coolant bypass and header tank plumbing, larger crankcase breathers and small intake or idle air routing. Working in metal rather than continuous rubber lets you hold a precise line around obstructions and keeps the internal bore consistent through the corner, which soft hose forced around a tight radius will not do. Trim to length, deburr both ends, then join with silicone couplers and clamps. Where the section spans any distance, bracket it so vibration and thermal movement are not carried by the couplers alone.
