A 76mm outside diameter alloy bend, the 3 inch size used where flow demand has outgrown 63mm. It is at home on larger-capacity or higher-power turbo builds, big single-turbo intercooler runs and induction pipework feeding a substantial filter. The larger diameter means routing becomes the real constraint, so plan the path before cutting and check clearance to the bonnet, cooling pack and any accessory drives. Deburr each cut, join with silicone couplers of the correct size and use clamps suited to the pressures involved. Larger pipework is also heavier, so bracket it properly rather than letting the couplers take the weight and vibration.
