A straight adapter joining an AN6 37-degree male flare to a 1/8″ NPT male pipe thread. The 1/8″ NPT port is found almost everywhere, on blocks, manifolds, filter heads, regulators and sender bosses, and this fitting brings a -6 AN hose to it. Note that the small pipe thread is the narrower path, so the joint is best suited to feeding a -6 line rather than extracting maximum flow from the port. Typical uses include fuel pressure take-offs, small oil feeds and regulator plumbing. Seal the tapered NPT thread with a fluid-compatible sealant, kept clear of the leading thread, and torque the AN flare clean and dry.
