A 45-degree adapter joining an AN3 male flare to a 1/8 inch NPT male thread. The half-angle is the middle ground between a straight adapter, which sends the hose directly outward, and a 90-degree elbow, which turns it hard: often a 45 gives you exactly the routing you want without forcing the line back on itself. AN3 suits sensing and low-volume work such as gauge lines, pressure senders and vacuum or boost references rather than main fuel or oil delivery. The 1/8 inch NPT end seals on the tapered thread and needs PTFE tape or a liquid sealant, while the AN flare must be assembled clean and dry with no sealant on the seat.
