A worm drive hose clamp with a narrow 9mm band and a 70mm to 90mm clamping range. It covers the same diameters as the 12mm band version but in a slimmer profile, which is the reason to choose it: on a short coupler or where the joint sits tight against a bracket, panel or another pipe, a wide band simply will not sit flat. Use it for large air ducting, airbox and filter connections and lower-pressure hose joins. Where the joint sees real boost pressure, the wider band spreads load better and is generally the safer option. Seat the clamp squarely and tighten progressively.
