An adjustable fuel log distributing fuel to a carburettor’s float bowl inlets. The adjustment is the whole point: carburettors vary in the spacing between their bowl inlets, and a fixed log either fits your carburettor or it does not. An adjustable body lets one part suit a range of carburettors and makes life much easier when you change carburettor later in a build. It also tidies the top of the engine considerably, replacing a loop of hose and assorted adapters with a single machined block, and gives you a convenient port for a fuel pressure gauge. Support it so its weight is not carried by the carburettor inlet threads.
