A Y-shaped fuel adapter carrying two AN8 female ports, used where a fuel system needs to split or merge. Its usual home is a twin pump installation, joining the outlets of two pumps into one line to the rail, or feeding two pumps from a common supply. AN8 gives it the flow capacity these systems require, since a Y that necks down internally defeats the purpose of fitting a second pump in the first place. It also serves neatly on surge tank plumbing. Support the block with a bracket rather than hanging it on the hoses, and fit non-return valves where twin pumps could otherwise back-feed one another.
