AN3 PTFE hose finished with a nylon braided cover instead of exposed stainless. At this small size it is used for brake and clutch circuits, oil pressure gauge and sender feeds and similar lines where a firm, non-expanding hose gives consistent pedal feel and accurate readings. The PTFE liner stays chemically stable against brake fluid, oils and alcohol-blended fuels and does not weep or soften with age. The nylon cover is lighter and more flexible than a bare stainless braid, easier to route through tight cabin and bulkhead paths, and far kinder to whatever it rubs against. Pair it with AN3 hose ends made for PTFE hose.
