A 45mm outside diameter alloy bend for custom charge-air and coolant fabrication. This size works well on smaller-capacity turbo engines and on intake tracts where 38mm is marginal but the larger 50mm and up sizes will not package in the available space. As with the rest of the range, the intent is that you cut the bend to the length required and join it into the system with silicone couplers and clamps, keeping the assembly serviceable. Deburr every cut so the coupler bore is not damaged, mind the coupler grip length when trimming, and mount the finished pipework on brackets rather than relying on the hose joints to carry it.
