The extended-body version of the AN6-to-AN10 O-ring port adapter. The longer hex and body lift the AN6 flare further clear of the component, which is what you want when a boss sits in a recess, behind a rib, or so close to a pulley, chassis rail or heat shield that a standard adapter leaves no room to spin a spanner onto the hose end. The extra reach also improves hose routing by moving the first bend away from the casting. As with the standard version, the straight port thread seals on its O-ring against the boss face, so fit it without tape or sealant.
