A straight AN6 hose end using the cutter design, where the inner nipple slices a clean groove into the hose liner as it draws into the socket, locking the hose mechanically rather than relying on friction alone. AN6 is the everyday size for carburettor and EFI feed lines, return lines, oil pressure take-offs and small breather runs, so a straight end keeps the hose leaving the fitting in line with the port for the least restriction and the tidiest routing. Intended for rubber-lined braided hose; PTFE hose requires PTFE-specific ends. Lubricate the liner and threads, and trim back to fresh hose if you ever strip and reassemble.
