A one-piece cutter-style hose end in AN10 with a 90-degree bend. The single-piece body keeps socket and nipple together, so assembly is a square cut on the braid, a full push onto the nipple and tightening of the socket to swage the joint. On AN10 the elbow matters more than on small sizes, because a stiff large-bore hose cannot make a right angle on its own without kinking and choking flow. Taking the turn at the fitting keeps the bore open. AN10 is used for oil cooler feed and return, dry sump scavenge, turbo drains and high-capacity fuel feeds.
