The largest of this 90° range, in AN16, pairing a male flare with a rotating female swivel. On big-bore plumbing the hose is stiff and unforgiving, so a swivel end is close to essential when a line has to leave a port at a right angle — dry-sump tank and scavenge connections, large radiator or cooler transfers, and high-volume fuel suction lines all benefit. Tighten the male thread into the component first, then set the swivel angle and pull up the hose end. Check clearance carefully before ordering, as an AN16 elbow occupies noticeably more space than the straight fitting it replaces.
