This AN8 bulkhead union handles the mid-size lines: fuel feed on higher-demand engines, oil cooler runs, breather and catch-can plumbing and pump returns. The extended threaded shank slots through a drilled panel and is secured with a bulkhead nut, giving a sealed, chafe-free pass-through and a clean split between two hose sections. Both faces carry a male 37° flare for standard AN8 female hose ends, swivels and adapters. Fit it to a flat, deburred panel so the nut pulls up square, and hold the body with a spanner when tightening hose ends so the load does not go into the sheet metal. Bulkhead nut ordered separately.
