A carburettor inlet adapter with an AN6 flare on the hose side and a 9/16X24 thread on the carburettor side. The 9/16-24 inlet is used on a number of performance four-barrel carburettors, and replacing the original inverted-flare inlet fitting with this adapter lets you run a -6 AN braided feed line to the float bowl. That gives easier routing in a rebuilt engine bay, a joint you can undo and reuse, and hose that stands up better to heat and vibration than rigid factory plumbing. Carburettor inlet threads vary between 9/16-24, 5/8-20 and 7/8-20 depending on model and bowl, so confirm yours before ordering.
