A hex hose finisher for AN20 hose with a 40.65 mm internal diameter, one of the largest sizes we stock. Hose of this diameter is used where restriction cannot be tolerated, most often on intercooler and induction plumbing and large breather systems, and it is heavy enough that its own weight works on the joint. A full-circumference clamping finisher keeps it seated properly and stops the cut braid from spreading, while giving a far more finished appearance than a hose clamp on bare braid. Select on the measured outside diameter of your hose over the braid, and support the hose run itself so the finisher is not carrying an unsupported span.
