The same 3/8 inch, 9.52mm bore push-on hose supplied in the longer length option, which is useful when a run has to reach across the car in one unbroken piece rather than being joined part-way. Every joint in a low-pressure line is a potential leak and a small restriction, so eliminating one is worth doing where you can. The hose works with standard push-on barbed hose ends, gripping on the barb without clamps or crimping. Typical uses are fuel feed and return, oil lines, coolant runs and breathers. It is not suitable for PTFE or braided hose ends, and a clamp is advisable on pressurised lines.
