A male-to-male reducer joining an AN12 flare to an AN6 flare, both on the 37-degree AN cone. This is a substantial step down in one part, and it exists for the situations where a large-bore feed or return line has to end at a component built with much smaller ports, such as a sender, gauge takeoff or small regulator. Being a big reduction it will restrict flow at the joint, so keep it at the termination of a run rather than partway along a section you need to flow well. Both ends are male and mate to female swivel hose ends or female adaptors. The flare seals metal to metal, so no sealant.
