AN6 PTFE hose with a nylon braided cover. AN6 is the size most performance fuel systems are built in, and it also handles power steering and smaller oil cooler and turbo lines. The PTFE liner permeates no fuel vapour and is unaffected by ethanol and methanol blends, so it stays serviceable for years where rubber would harden and weep. The nylon cover keeps the hose lighter and more flexible than a stainless-braided equivalent, which makes routing through a crowded engine bay considerably easier, and it protects paint and wiring from abrasion. Use AN6 hose ends specified for nylon-covered PTFE hose.
