A 90-degree silicone elbow with a 16 mm internal diameter, for turning a tight corner in small-bore plumbing without kinking the hose. Silicone handles the heat cycling and vibration of an engine bay far better than the rubber it usually replaces, and it holds its shape rather than collapsing under suction. At this diameter the usual jobs are heater and coolant bypass lines, crankcase breather routing, throttle body coolant feeds and boost-control plumbing. Fit it with proper clamps on clean, undamaged spigots and give the bend enough room that it is not being pulled straight or crushed against a nearby component. Not intended for fuel or oil service.
