A 90-degree AN6 cutter style hose end for rubber-lined braided hose. The cutter nipple slices into the hose liner as the socket draws up, locking the hose in place mechanically. A right-angle body turns the hose immediately at the fitting, which is what you want where a straight end would run the hose straight into a bulkhead, firewall or rocker cover, or where you need to keep a line away from a manifold or turbo. At AN6 that usually means fuel feed and return lines, oil pressure take-offs, small breathers and gauge plumbing. Clock the fitting to the hose carefully, because a 90 sets the direction of the run absolutely.
