A 150-degree AN8 cutter style hose end for rubber-lined braided hose. Tightening the socket drives the internal cutter into the liner, giving a mechanical hold on the hose. This angle brings the hose back almost parallel to the fitting, so the entire direction change happens inside the end rather than out in a stiff AN8 line that would need a wide sweep. It suits main fuel feeds, oil cooler and remote filter runs and power steering plumbing where a port faces the opposite way to the intended route. Fit it only once you have confirmed the clocking against the real installation, as the geometry is unforgiving.
