The straight AN6 PTFE hose end covers the size most fuel systems are built around. Assembly follows the usual PTFE method: socket nut on first, braid eased back, olive pushed onto the liner until it seats on the shoulder, then the nipple pulled home by the nut. The result is a reusable, rebuildable joint. AN6 PTFE hose is the standard choice for EFI feed and return, since the liner is unaffected by ethanol blends and modern fuel additives that attack rubber. Lubricate the nipple and threads lightly on assembly and hold the body in soft jaws so you don’t mark it. Do not fit this end to rubber or push-on hose.
