A straight female flare swivel adapter in AN10, using the 37-degree flare seat that gives AN plumbing its metal-to-metal seal without needing thread sealant or an O-ring. The swivel is the point of it: the fitting can be brought up almost to final torque and then rotated to line up the hose, so you are not forced to choose between a sealed joint and a hose that sits where you want it. AN10 is common on high-volume fuel feed, oil cooler and dry sump plumbing. Both ends mate to standard 37-degree AN flare connections, so check whether the components you are joining are true AN flare and not a look-alike 45-degree or O-ring boss thread.
