120-degree push-on hose end in AN12 (-12), pushing straight onto socketless hose and gripping the barb without a clamp or crimped socket. AN12 is large-bore territory: oil cooler circuits, dry-sump scavenge, coolant and radiator plumbing, fuel cell venting and big breather runs on serious race engines. At 120 degrees the hose turns back past square, suiting ports that face away from the run and would otherwise need an untidy loop to recover. Support long AN12 runs with P-clips, as the weight of assembled hose will work a loose line over time. Ordinary rubber hose will not grip the barb correctly, so use hose specified for push-on ends.
