150-degree push-on hose end in AN12 (-12), pushing straight onto socketless hose and gripping the barb without a clamp or crimped socket. AN12 is large-bore territory: oil cooler circuits, dry-sump scavenge, coolant and radiator plumbing, fuel cell venting and big breather runs on serious race engines. One hundred and fifty degrees is very nearly a reversal, and it answers a port pointing directly away from the run with no space to loop the hose by hand. Support long AN12 runs with P-clips, as the weight of assembled hose will work a loose line over time. Fit it to hose made for push-on use and seat the hose fully against the fitting shoulder.
