The AN6 150-degree PTFE hose end gives an almost full reversal at the fitting, which is what you need when a fuel line has to leave a rail or regulator and immediately head back the other way in a packed engine bay. Putting the bend inside the machined body keeps the PTFE liner from being kinked, which would restrict flow and eventually damage the hose. It seals on an olive compressed onto the liner by the nipple and is fully rebuildable. Bear in mind a bend this sharp is more restrictive than a straight or gentle angle, so use it where the packaging genuinely demands it.
