A 150-degree AN12 cutter style hose end for rubber-lined braided hose. As the socket tightens, the internal cutter slices into the liner and grips the hose mechanically, which is what a heavy large-bore assembly needs under vibration and heat. At AN12 the hose has a wide minimum bend radius, so returning the run almost parallel to the fitting is only practical if the fitting itself does the work. Suited to dry sump scavenge and pressure lines, big oil coolers, fuel pump suction and coolant plumbing. Clamp the cutter body properly during assembly, lubricate well, and confirm the clocking before the hose is finally drawn home.
