A one-piece cutter-style hose end in AN10 with a 45-degree bend. The single-piece body keeps socket and nipple together, so assembly is a square cut on the braid, a full push onto the nipple and tightening of the socket to swage the joint. A 45-degree angle is often the smarter choice over a 90 on large hose, since it changes direction enough to clear obstructions while keeping the flow path smoother and the hose run more relaxed. AN10 is used for oil cooler feed and return, dry sump scavenge, turbo drains and high-capacity fuel feeds where restriction is a real concern.
