A 90° AN12 hose end for PTFE-lined braided hose. AN12 is genuinely large-bore plumbing, used for dry-sump scavenge and pressure lines, breather and tank vent routing, big oil cooler circuits and fuel feeds on serious power levels where anything smaller would restrict. The right-angle body is close to essential at this size, because a hose this stiff cannot be coaxed into a tight bend without loading the fitting and stressing the liner. Use PTFE-lined braided hose only — the ferrule design grips the liner and is not compatible with rubber-lined braid. Assembly demands a genuinely square cut and a careful braid flare, since stray strands are harder to control at this diameter. Support the finished run with P-clips so hose weight never hangs on the fitting.
