Motul White Grease is a 400ml aerosol that sprays on light enough to creep into a joint and then sets up as a proper clinging grease film. That combination is what makes it useful on the components a grease gun cannot reach: door hinges and check straps, bonnet and boot latches, seat runners, throttle and gearshift linkages, and exposed sliding mechanisms. Unlike a thin penetrating oil, it stays put and resists being washed off by rain or road spray, so the protection lasts. Clean old grease and grit off the component first, otherwise you simply seal the abrasive in. Keep it well away from brake discs, pads and drive belts, and mask nearby surfaces since the white film is visible where it overspray.
